SPINNER adapters offer outstanding electrical and mechanical properties
Adapters are used to connect transmission lines with different interface sizes (so-called inter-type or between-lines adapter) or within one size but different interface genders (so-called within-type or in-line adapter).
SPINNER high frequency adapters are optimized for quality and performance and are designed for the lowest possible reflection factors. The outstanding electrical and mechanical properties, the simple installation and the high reliability make SPINNER high-frequency adapters one of the most efficient and cost-effective transition connectors on the market. Precision adaptors with RF quality grade 0 are available upon request.
The SPINNER 4-11 female to BNC female adapter is suitable for demanding applications with radio frequency signal transmission, e.g. in industry, satellite communications, radar or research facilities.
Outstanding RF characteristics, best possible passive intermodulation and VSWR
A 4-11 female to BNC female adapter enables you to reliably transmit radio-frequency signals in the frequency range from DC to 1 GHz .
The adaptor offers a transition from interface 4-11 female to interface BNC female. The connector has a straight direction.
4/11 Connectors are designated according to their constructive dimension. A 4/11 connector has an inner conductor diameter of 4 mm and an outer conductor diameter of 11 mm.
The BNC connector was developed in the late 1940s and named after the developers Paul Neill (Bell Labs) and Carl Concelman (Bayonet Neill Concelman). BNC connectors are used with miniature-to-subminiature coaxial cable in radio and television broadcast and other radio-frequency electronic equipment, test instruments or video signals. The interface specifications for the BNC connector is referenced in MIL-STD-348 standard.
