SPINNER adapters offer outstanding electrical and mechanical properties

Adapters are used to connect transmission lines with different interface sizes (so-called inter-type or between-lines adapter) or within one size but different interface genders (so-called within-type or in-line adapter).

SPINNER high frequency adapters are optimized for quality and performance and are designed for the lowest possible reflection factors. The outstanding electrical and mechanical properties, the simple installation and the high reliability make SPINNER high-frequency adapters one of the most efficient and cost-effective transition connectors on the market. Precision adaptors with RF quality grade 0 are available upon request.

The SPINNER 7-16 male to 4.1-9.5 female adapter guarantees excellent, lossless mobile communication quality for use in in-building distributed antenna systems (DAS) or on mobile communication base stations outdoors.

Outstanding RF characteristics, best possible passive intermodulation and VSWR

A 7-16 male to 4.1-9.5 female adapter enables you to reliably transmit radio-frequency signals in the frequency range from DC to 6 GHz.

The adaptor offers a transition from interface 7-16 male to interface 4.1-9.5 female. The connector has a straight direction.

The 7-16 connector has become the most widely used coaxial connection system for mobile communication systems, due to its excellent mechanical and electrical properties. In order to achieve the industry leading intermodulation performance SPINNER applies silver-plating on all inner and outer conductor parts of the standard connector. As a supporting measure, we use exclusively non-magnetic materials, and we have minimized the number of RF contact points. The connection is especially suited for transmitting medium or high power indoors and outdoors.

4.1-9.5 connectors are perfectly suited for applications in mobile communication systems. The mechanical design is the same as in the 7-16 connector, but the dimensions are a great deal more compact, making the unit suitable for frequencies up to 14 GHz. The robust, stable connection does not only meet all requirements of test & measurement technology, but any extreme demands regarding resistance to weather and climate influence in outdoor applications, too. The special selection of materials and the mechanical design ensure good transmission performance in communication systems with low attenuation and intermodulation.
