SpinnerFlex®TopFit - ideal for signal transmission between base stations and antennas
SpinnerFlex®TopFit pre-fabricated coaxial cables (jumper cable assemblies) are the ideal solution for radio frequency signal transmission between base stations and antennas. They offer top-quality design, materials and manufacturing, ensuring optimal connectivity, easy installation, and fault-free functioning, even under extremely harsh environmental conditions.
A coaxial jumper cable assembly SF 1/2"-50-CPR N male N male 1.3 m is a high quality, super flexible corrugated cable of the size SF 1/2". It provides a reliable and stable transmission of radio frequency signals in the frequency range DC to 3800 MHz. The cable is optimally shielded against interference, providing excellent, loss-free mobile communication quality for use in in-building distributed antenna systems (DAS) or in mobile communication base stations. In addition, a prefabricated coaxial jumper cable assembly SF 1/2"-50-CPR N male N male 1.3 m is also suitable for a variety of demanding industrial applications or broadcast.
Outstanding IM characteristics with maximum passive intermodulation
A SPINNER coaxial jumper cable assembly SF 1/2"-50-CPR N male N male 1.3 m guarantees outstanding IM characteristics with maximum passive intermodulation (IM3) of -160 dBc and low VSWR values over the entire frequency range and during the entire operating time of the cable. The robust construction defies even harsh outdoor conditions and for a temperature range from -30 to +80 °C. SPINNER coaxial cable assemblies comply with the RoHS 2002/95 Directive. The length of the cable is 1.3 m. In the summer of 2017, the EU Construction Products Regulation (CPR) was expanded to include coaxial cables. Now only CPR-compliant cables may be used in construction projects. Jumpers aren’t covered by this regulation yet, but they are just as important when it comes to fire protection. Therefore, we also offer now our popular SpinnerFlex® TopFit and SpinnerFlex® MultiFit jumpers based on cables that conform to the CPR.
A coaxial jumper cable assembly SF 1/2"-50-CPR N male N male 1.3 m has N male connectors pre-mounted on both sides of the cable.
The N-coaxial connectors were named after their inventor Paul Neill, who developed this standard for RF connectors in 1942. Often, however, the name also relates to the Navy Connector. Type N connectors can be used at frequencies up to 11 GHz, high-precision types up to 18 GHz. It is typically used in mobile communication applications with demanding mechanical and electrical requirements. SPINNER exclusively manufactures connectors with non-slotted outer conductor contacts and a special sealing profile in the connector head instead of the flat seal disk, specified by IEC or CECC. This ensures the most reliable sealing function.
