EasyLaunch PCB connectors

The number of applications in the millimeter-wave range is increasing and with them the need for appropriate measurement components. In addition to the tried-and-tested products developed by SPINNER for VNA measurement systems, the components especially developed for Millimetre Wave complete this portfolio. A special focus of this millimeter wave portfolio is a much more flexible usability for our customers.

SPINNER EasyLaunch is a PCB (Printed Circuit Board) signal-tapping adapter for frequencies up to 110 GHz that is designed to reliably pick up millimetre-wave signals from PCBs (e.g. evaluation boards). The flush-mounted (direct dock) EasyLaunch avoids compromising the PCB surface and therefore ensures optimal measurement results. This technology permits variable positioning (blind mate) of the connectors and maximizes flexibility for placing RF contacts.

SPINNER EasyLaunch is available with either a 1.0 mm, 1.35 mm, 1.85 mm and 2.92 mm coaxial interface or a WR 10 / R 900, WR 12 / R 740 and WR 15 / R 620 waveguide connector and supports a wide range of PCB substrates.
