SPINNER Connectors - Low-Loss And Reliable Connection For Highest Requirements

Connectors for the transmission of high-frequency signals are used in a wide variety of industries such as mobile communication, broadcast, measurement, satellite communication or in radar technology. SPINNER connectors ensure optimal, low-loss signal transmission and extremely sustainable, cost-effective connections. SPINNER connectors are robust and resistant in various climatic environments - from the sea to the desert or even space.

They guarantee excellent electrical and mechanical performance values such as stability for enduring connectivity, meeting the highest sealing requirements and high performance for transmission parameters.

With a 7-16 male connector RG 401 Semirigid Flexible 250 soldered, the inner cable conductor is soldered to the inner connector conductor, the outer conductor of the cable is soldered to the outer conductor of the connector head.

A SPINNER 7-16 male connector RG 401 Semirigid Flexible 250 soldered guarantees outstanding IM characteristics with maximum passive intermodulation (IM3) of -165 dBc and low VSWR values over the entire frequency range and during the entire operating time.

A 7-16 male connector RG 401 Semirigid Flexible 250 soldered is ideally suited for installation on RG401/semirigid flexible 250 cable.

The connector has a straight direction.

The 7-16 connector has become the most widely used coaxial connection system for mobile communication systems, due to its excellent mechanical and electrical properties. In order to achieve the industry leading intermodulation performance SPINNER applies silver-plating on all inner and outer conductor parts of the standard connector. As a supporting measure, we use exclusively non-magnetic materials, and we have minimized the number of RF contact points. The connection is especially suited for transmitting medium or high power indoors and outdoors.
