Dual Channel Coaxial Rotary Joints

Our standard dual channel coaxial rotary joint portfolio is designed for use in military and SatCom applications. Being technically superior we offer combinations up to 50 GHz. Therefore, many applications can benefit of this compact design suitable for airborne, land and marine applications. We distinguish basically between contacting and non-contacting designs:

In case of contacting double channel coaxial rotary joints, the inner and outer conductor of stator and rotor are DC coupled. These 2 CH coaxial rotary joints are used for broadband applications. If a coaxial structure is used, the cut-off frequency depends on the diameter of the coaxial line.

In case of a non-contacting dual-channel rotary joint, RF signals can be transmitted via axial or radial coupling structures. Non-contacting solutions have an excellent lifetime and RF performance for narrow band transmission.

Customised designs are available on request.

SPINNER Coaxial Rotary Joints meet highest standards

SPINNER applies extremely high standards with regard to quality, engineering, materials and manufacturing e.g. DIN EN ISO 9001 - Quality Management, DIN EN ISO 14001 - Environmental Management and ISO 50001:2011 - Energy Management. This enables us to offer Rotary Joints with the best possible performance while ensuring optimized installation and failure-free operation, even under the harshest environmental conditions.
