Precision Air Lines
SPINNER precision air lines work as a reference impedance for the Device Under Test (DUT) and the Vector Network Analyzer (VNA). They are used for precision Time Domain Reflectometry measurements (TDR-measurements) especially of connectors, inter-series adapters and loads. For a more convenient handling at the VNA side of the air line, the inner conductor is supported by one low-loss dielectric bead and is aligned in this way. Furthermore, the bead also keeps the inner conductor fixed at the beadless end in terms of concentricity and in compliance with the defined pin depth (DUT side of the air line). SPINNER precision air lines are made of highest quality with most accurate dimensions and therefore feature the lowest return loss per unit of area on the DUT side of the air line and best possible impedance values between the DUT mating area up to the bead.
SPINNER precision air lines are available with 3.5 mm, N and 7-16 connector standards and for frequency ranges up to 34 GHz.
SPINNER RF components meet highest standards
SPINNER applies extremely high standards regarding quality, engineering, materials and manufacturing e.g. DIN EN ISO 9001 - Quality Management, DIN EN ISO 14001 - Environmental Management and ISO 50001:2011 - Energy Management. This enables us to offer precision air lines with the best possible performance.
