IM Reference Standards

Before your RF network components can be tested for low PIM, the adequate measurement environment has to be in place meeting even tougher PIM requirements. This is due to the intermodulation occurring within the test system, but also of other components involved in the test such as measurement cables, loads or attenuators. All components within the test system must meet low PIM specifications as well. The applicable IEC standard requires their inherent PIM to be 10 dB better than the devices they are used to test.

SPINNER offers a whole portfolio of passive intermodulation reference standards from DC to 4 GHz with 4.3-10 and 7-16 connector interface. These standards feature highest accuracy, excellent repeatability and guaranteed intermodulation values of -70 dBm, -80 dBm, -90 dBm, -100 dBm, -110 dBm, -120 dBm. Using these SPINNER reference products enables our customers worldwide in setting up professional and reliable measurement environments.
