                Loads – for your applications from 0.5 to 50,000 W

                SPINNER carries an extensive portfolio of loads. In addition to products with excellent VSWR values, we also offer low-intermodulation (low PIM) versions for use in mobile networks.

                SPINNER Ioads and attenuators are often used in the installation and calibration of mobile radio communication stations, but also in measurement technology applications in which they excel thanks to their excellent IM properties.

                For both loads and attenuators up to 200 watts, SPINNER has introduced a new modular system that gives you considerably more flexibility for choosing your mobile communication or measurement components. The benefits are obvious: cost savings and improved technical values.

                Loads and attenuators have to meet diverse requirements in terms of performance and connector systems, and the new system makes it simple for you to get exactly what you need. You can freely specify your components and avoid having to use adaptors or products that are larger or more powerful than actually needed for your application.

                The new modular system is available for the 25 W, 50 W, 100 W and 200 W performance versions as well as for 7- 16, 4.3-10 and N connector systems. The standard version is available between 0 and 4 GHz. Extended versions are possible up to 6 GHz. Moreover, you can order your versions with an integrated DC Break as well as with a measurement report.

                Most of our loads for broadcast applications in the power consumption range from 2 kW to 5 kW are produced using the planar process. For values between 10 kW and 50 kW, we use liquid cooling with a fluid mixture that prevents freezing and corrosion. For products above 10 kW, we also offer closed-circuit cooling and safety features such as carrier safety loops and temperature monitoring.
