Connector Dial Gauges

To prevent damage to the precision connectors and to assure precise measurement data, the connector interface dimensions of all components used for the test assembly must be tested with a suitable gauge before mating.

On a SPINNER gauge the tolerance limits for the different connector standards are marked in color on the dial. This makes it easy to obtain a good/bad assessment of the dimensions of precision plug connectors, even without in-depth knowledge of the standard.

A so-called reference gauge for monitoring and calibrating the dial gauge is included.
